APOSTILLE ON A TRANSLATION
We can get you an Apostille on our translations or you can get one yourself. The Apostille is based on the signature of the notary public who witnessed the signature of the translator. The signature of the notary public is on file at the Court Clerk's Office (For NY County the court clerk's office is in the basement at 60 Center Street). When you (or we) present the notarized translation at the court clerk' office, the notary's signature is verified and an authentication slip is provided that must be presented to the nearby NY Department of State to obtain an Apostille.
Our in-house notary is qualified in New York County. To obtain an Apostille you first go to have the Notary’s signature verified:
